I was born in Madrid, Spain, but I've had the privilege of living in various places around the world.
Curious by nature, I'm an open-minded individual who's never been afraid to explore new environments or connect with new people.
After six years in Switzerland, I moved to California, and I'm eager to embrace new professional experiences, keep learning, and continue expanding my knowledge.
I'm a fast learner who adapts quickly and helps create a positive, collaborative atmosphere in every team l've been part of.
From a young age, I have been involved in event production, a field I have worked in for many years alongside my experience in five-star hotels. Weddings, Golf tournaments, gala dinners, fashion shows, photo- and video shoots
- these are just some of the projects I've worked on throughout my career.
Part of my role has included negotiating with sponsors, coordinating vendors, traveling abroad, and promoting the hotels and residential properties I've worked for.
I've also represented different companies at international tourism and golf trade fairs.
I have supported the production of fashion editorials for publications such as Harper's Bazaar, Standaard Magazine (Belgium), Glamour UK, among others.
Additionally, I have coordinated end-to-end logistics for promotional video shoots for Abama Luxury Residences in collaboration with Luxury Marketing House (UK) and La Creme Films (Spain), as well as for Iberostar Grand Hotel El Mirador.
With a strong background in guest relations, I excel at creating memorable experiences through personalized service and a keen attention to detail. I handle guest concerns with empathy and professionalism, ensuring swift and effective resolutions. My ability to multitask allows me to manage multiple guest needs simultaneously without compromising quality. I have experience coordinating FAM trips, VIP visits, and corporate events, always prioritizing seamless logistics and elevated guest experiences. Additionally, I leverage in-depth product knowledge to recommend relevant services, while maintaining cultural sensitivity and adapting my communication style to suit international audiences.
In 2020, I founded a company called Kainua Shop — a clothing brand made from sustainable materials and ethically produced, born from the dream of making a difference in the fashion industry. Throughout this journey, I’ve grown both professionally and personally, gaining experience in design, pattern making, textiles, strategic and project development, logistics, negotiation, social media management, and more. I’ve also developed a deep sensitivity toward sustainability and the importance of caring for our planet, as well as for the working conditions of people in the textile industry. Over the years, I’ve acquired valuable knowledge in all aspects of running a small business, especially when it comes to facing challenges and solving unexpected problems.
